I spent 8 years working in the mental health field before switching to environmental work. It’s this connection to others that also inspires my care for the natural world.Sustainability is about creating a stable, full future for our communities. All three aspects of sustainability (environment, equity, and economy) are required to create that future. The beauty of composting is that it’s an accessible vessel for achieving a truly sustainable food system.

I hope that,over time, our network can expand as you share with others this new-found love affair. Because let’s face it, a term like “grassroots” was made for composting world.
